Sizing & coverage — please read before ordering

  • Flooring: Sized to cover 21.6 m² (about 3.6m × 6m, 135 interlocking tiles). This is based on a standard single car garage. Every garage is different, so please measure your space before ordering. The tiles are modular and interlock, so they can be arranged to suit your garage's shape, and extra tiles can be added if your floor is larger.
  • Lighting: The 14-Grid Hexagrid covers approximately 15.3 m² as a ceiling feature layout. The lit area is smaller than the floor area — this is normal for a Hexagrid centrepiece rather than full ceiling coverage.

 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times

  • Hexagrid Products: 21 days by air.
  • Lighting Tunnels: 6-8 weeks by sea.
  • 2 weeks handling time before shipping. Tracking provided.

Import Fees

  • Customer responsible for import fees and taxes.
  • Duties vary by country. Check local customs charges.

Damages

  • Not liable for shipping damages. Contact courier and then us for claims.

Warranty

  • 5-year warranty. Lifetime support. Follow installation instructions.

Returns

  • Refunds within 24 hours minus $100 fee. No refunds for change-of-mind.
  • Exchanges possible, customer pays shipping. Items must be in new condition.

Warranty

We offer a 5-year warranty on all faulty items, along with lifetime aftercare support. Please provide photos and respond to troubleshooting questions during the process. Note that the warranty is void if installation instructions are not followed.
