Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times

  • Hexagrid Products: 21 days by air.
  • Lighting Tunnels: 6-8 weeks by sea.
  • 2 weeks handling time before shipping. Tracking provided.

Import Fees

  • Customer responsible for import fees and taxes.
  • Duties vary by country. Check local customs charges.

Damages

  • Not liable for shipping damages. Contact courier and then us for claims.

Warranty

  • 5-year warranty. Lifetime support. Follow installation instructions.

Returns

  • Refunds within 24 hours minus $100 fee. No refunds for change-of-mind.
  • Exchanges possible, customer pays shipping. Items must be in new condition.

Warranty

We offer a 5-year warranty on all faulty items, along with lifetime aftercare support. Please provide photos and respond to troubleshooting questions during the process. Note that the warranty is void if installation instructions are not followed.
